Corporate laptops originate from tier-1 enterprise banking and legal firm fleet refreshes. To ensure total compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, every NVMe SSD drive is sanitized using Blancco Certified Data Eraser software adhering to NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 1 Guidelines for Media Sanitization. Each device is assigned a cryptographically signed erasure report detailing drive serial, sector verification, and zero residual byte confirmation.

Phase 2: Full Hardware Teardown & Thermal Renewal

All laptops enter our anti-static cleanroom workstation at 45 High Street, Barnet. Technicians perform:

• Ultrasonic & Compressed Air De-dusting: Complete removal of particulate matter from heat sink fins and centrifugal blower fans.
• Thermal Interface Refresh: Application of Arctic MX-6 high-performance thermal paste to CPU and GPU dies to restore factory-quiet acoustic profiles.
• Hinge Torque Calibration: Mechanical hinge tension calibrated to exact OEM Newton-meter specs to guarantee smooth single-finger opening without wobble.

Phase 3: 30-Point Diagnostic Burn-In

Every refurbished laptop is subjected to 2 hours of automated hardware stress tests:
